[Closed] Lean mix paving Vs BBQ

We are laying a carpetstone back yard, on a dry lean mix (i say we... i mean she, im in here, posting on STWf)

not tooo fussed if it flexes a little, so its only going to be 50mm of 5:1 Sharp/cement over soil (well compacted, as it was formerly slabs

Big question is: if we finish putting the carpet stones down tomorrow night, brush in some 4:1 mix in between the joints, and give it a light misting with the hose to dampen it..... can we have a BBQ over the weekend? or should we leave it alone for a week??
