I can smell it here in south-west Sussex.

At least it isn't a leak from a northern French nuclear plant or the Cap de la Hague reprocessing facility.

they're seeding snow clouds as punishment for the anti EU sentiment recently voiced by them middle englanders (and by middle england I mean Londoners not middlelanders who are actually lower northerners)
