Cheers for that, I remember printing them out a few years ago when my son watched a good chunk of the race with me, although i think it was just an excuse to stay up late 🙂

If you have any spare phone battery, wouldn’t mind the odd snippet as to what’s going on around you

There are pictures of empty wine bottles on my Instagram feed that shouldn't be hard to find 😂

Dr Feelgood were bloody ace. I love live music.

Off to Arnage after lunch for a few beers. It's a tough life.

Anyone watching the live coverage? The first hour or so is usually excellent as the race settles down.

All good so far. Don’t know what Lotterer was thinking on the first turn. Looks like the GTE races are the ones to watch

Think he was thinking that it would be funny as **** if he squeezed past a Toyota

Not really paid much attention to either LMP1 or LMP2. I hope the GT classes stay this close throughout though.

What I love about this race is you can watch the start and a few hours, then head off to the pub for a pint of rural English brewed ale, in full knowledge that the race is still rattling around and that you’ll be back in front of the tv for the golden hour sundown images.

Pretty darn awesome if you ask me....🕍🏎🍺

Or dog had a litter of puppies overnight and her whelping box is in my office which has settees and a tv.

So the wife and I are fully tucked up for the night keeping an eye on the puppies with the race on the TV 😊

When I used to go, we would dip in and out of the race depending on food time, wee time, beer time and walking between viewing points. I reckon I see more of the race watching from home, but don’t experience the atmosphere and noise, of course.

Speaking of noise, there are several houses on the Mulsanne straight. I wonder if they watch the race, or battle through with the TV turned up full with paintings falling off the walls, whilst tuned to Rue de Coronation

Same here, frantically googling for other live streams now before the coverage on Quest finishes as the official ones either don't load or have no sound!

Gutted for the SMP team, so close to the pits!

tenfoot - they rent them out and disappear for the week or so.  The one on the outside (inside the circuit) down by indianapolis is rather expensive!!

10 laps back after 17 hours, I doubt it's anyone else but Toyota for the win this time out

.How are there only 4 official retirements this far in?!  That's impressive reliability and lack of accidents in general.

That's ok, the eurosport via mobdro was a better way to watch than my link though in the end.

GTE Pro race is just amazing - 21 hits in and 2nd/3rd are separated by just a couple of feet!

Watched all day yesterday, went to bed at 11 last night and back up at 4 this morning (all for pregnant dog/puppy duties..... Great to have on the background.

Going to miss it tomorrow 🙄

How do they do it?

They drive the car flat chat for 24hrs, without letting off unless in safety zones of yellows..

Those GT Porkers are just amazing 💪

A chap I now has bought an LMP1 rolling chassis and he said the first time he tried to take the gearbox off it took 8 minutes - but he can do it quicker now!
