Mrs J overstayed by 1/2 an hour on a private car park (2 hours free) and she has received a £60 charge.
TBH part of me says that she did the crime and should do the time, but I thought I'd check out the latest advice around ignoring / challenging / paying before doing so.

Any pointers to relevant up to date advice appreciated.

Do a bit of searching to find a letter that sounds legal. Write to them and inform them that you do not know who was driving the car. You are under no legal obligation in Scotland to give them this info. Different if it is a speeding fine etc. They will write back a couple of times demanding that you tell them but just ignore or reply back confirming you don't know who was driving. Worked for me!
