Yesterday I went for a long cross country run in filthy conditions, wearing my Walsh trainers (made in Bolton) and my True Mountain rain jacket (made in Preston). Great kit and I love knowing that I'm supporting UK jobs and skills and not putting money in the coffers of some awful regime (Theresa May aside).
No brexit fan here. Just saying I like being able to buy local. Looking for some nice native running shorts now...

I like the fact that the Hope factory is 20 mins drive from my house. Would like to go for a tour round it some day.

Good people to deal with, although you can't buy Lusso stuff direct from their executive manufacturing premises.
Lusso is 100 yards away from me right here in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester. The owner John Lusso is a star bloke and this week he repaired my son's shorts for me for free after he burned a hole in the bum skidding along the larch wood at the Velodrome! We use the Lusso bib tights and my son has a wind jacket, it's excellent kit.
Aye, Lusso is my go to cycling kit. The quality has really improved over the last few years which is great to see.
This doesn't have to be all about Lancashire - I meant local to anyone in the UK...

I used to live opposite the Carradice factory. They used to make cotton anorak/smock things which were the state of the art outdoor tops in the '60s.
I had one of those, it lasted forever even with classic abseils wearing it out.
