Any ideas for somewhere nice near Buttermere for myself and the good lady wife? Hopefully walking distance from a fine hostelry or even better in one. We'll be scruffy so nothing too posh.

Try Graham and Gina, Graham rides with us on a Tuesday night and is a keen mountain biker,ask him nicely and he might show you some great trails and walks.. 😉

not quite Buttermere but the rooms are good and the Breakfast is Very good
