Binners, you make the mistake of assuming that the scousers have any capability to look inwards for the source of any trouble.

I was once at a regional union event when one of our Lancastrian cousins went off on a half hour rant about how everything that had ever gone wrong in Liverpool was caused by the opening of the Manchester Ship Canal. This was before the bar opened too.

Higgo - he was right too. But, true to form, I doubt he was asking the obvious question 'why was it neccessary to build the Manchester Ship Canal in the first place'?

I was in Liverpool loderrs and no one spoke like you do re this or Man u

It is a reflection of you and not your city in general and you knwo this...i dont doubt you hang with like minded individuals but normal folk probably cross the road to avoid conversing with you on football.

you make the mistake of assuming that the scousers have any capability to look inwards for the source of any trouble.

please dont assume lodders is indicative of Liverpool fans views.

Royston

Not according to sky sports news he hasn't! To be fair, I doubt Norwich will ever be able to fund a transfer budget of the size of a club like villa.

The favourite with the bookies is currently AVB. Not sure how I feel about that although I suspect he had one hand tied behind his back at Chelsea.

I like King Kenny but he got fired! LOL!

Well, nowadays people just expect magic by wanting things changed and improved yesterday ...

AVB might not be a bad choice. He was brought in to clear out the old and rebuild for the future unfortunately the "old" didn't like it and refuse to play for him. Liverpool could be a good opportunity unless of course they are expecting instant results.

I suspect that AVB screwed up at Chelski, went in believing that just being the manager demanded respect and gave him authority, and failed to work with the team.

MM owner had the chance to back the manager or the players and he chose the later.

they need a clear out this season anyway

No sure what I think of AVB tbh ...bit of a risk and I suspect pool owners want to play it safe
