Despite all its fanfare for the majority of people it won't work unless you have the right mental approach.
Typical crash diet. To make lasting weight losses its all about introducing lots of small changes over a long period of time.
good work juiced. it's not a crash diet pieface, it's a change of eating, for good. your weight should stabilise and you'll feel healthier.
Whats this idave diet you talk of?
