[Closed] Kaunas - things to do/see.

Off to Kaunas Lithuania for three days next month. Main reason being to see a band ( Iron Maiden), but will have 2 and a bit days to look around. Anything there worth doing or seeing? Castles? Old city districts? Pubs? Where to eat? We are staying in a hotel that looks pretty central.
I have also searched google but wanted to see what people here think.

IF you can get to Vilnius, go there. It's really pretty and has interesting museums & architecture. Pubs, too.
