[#3732277]

I've been building a new web service that's designed to help us jobless types and would really appreciate a few guinea pigs to give it a beta test and let me know some feedback.

It's my first proper attempt at webby stuff - I mainly did it so I could at least gain some new skills while I'm jobhunting. I'm sure I've made plenty of howlers and I know that any URL posted here gets a full DDOS onslaught followed by a slating (no names, no rainbows & teddy bears) so I'd rather keep it low key for now.

If you're interested please drop me a mail to stw at cride (dot) co dot uk and I'll get back to you. Thanks!

Remember: even if you come up with the best idea and build a damn good site around it, how are people going to know about it? I.e. has it been done already and if not, how do you see yourself marketing it?

One step at a time spacemonkey - no point in marketing something that doesn't work!

Let me know when it's not a secret and I'll have a look. Can't be buggered with emails.

can you spare me a few minutes?

is this one of those unemployed 'work for nothing (except-for-benefits,-which-no-one-seems-to-remember)' schemes?

No it isn't, it could be quite helpful for some folk IMO.

Thanks for the feedback from those that gave it - I've incorporated the most common points so now it's over to the rest of you...

http://www.cvjury.co.uk

is the site - it's a peer to peer CV review service, so in a similar vein to those 'can someone look at my CV' threads that we get on here now & again.
