Exactly! It's like, I don't keep my bestiality porn in a folder called Northwind's Bestiality Porn, it's filed away under Boring System Files.

I did like that <spoilers> there's basically 2 completely separate plots; there's the one about facebook, and there's the one about Bourne. And Bourne actually couldn't give a shit about facebook. He's still all about treadstone, which ironically pretty much everyone else has forgotten about apart from tommy lee jones and French Clive Owen

Not overly excited about this one but the accountant looks pretty smokin.

There is basically no plot, a decent intense action film but no more, some of the hacking and the car chase check rear view mirror "oh he's catching I'd better drop the box" stuff was very cringeworthy. I'm pretty sure there'll be another, Bourne goes full circle.

I was not a fan of it. It was basically 2 hours of people following people. I liked the 1st three a lot, I even liked the Jeremey Renner one. this one was not that great in my opinion.

Bourne goes full circle.

That's what I thought. He'll be back as an agent in the next one - they can't string this amnesia thing out anymore!

"Enhance..."

In an otherwise rubbish film that bit did make me laugh. Surely a deliberate nod?

I enjoyed it...perhaps not as much as the first three...but i still really enjoyed it. Know what you mean about the car chase scene tho.
The girl at the bureau was smoking hot - i liked her a lot!

Very disappointed. I might even go as far to say that I preferred Jeremy Renners Bourne Legacy. NVM.

It was dull. 'Now it ends'. 'This ends now'. 'Finish it in 24 hours' etc etc. Legacy was poor. But 'Jason Bourne' was just...miserable. Could have been so good. But the 'plot' and the lack of any real intrigue or suspense made it a real disappointment.

Having said that, it lost me in the first act with 'use SQL to corrupt their database'. If Mr Robot can make hacking credible and interesting on screen how come Jason Bourne couldn't?

WARNING SPOILERS It was alright. But they basically just did a slightly shit remake of Supremacy. Is it wrong that I was glad I Julia Stiles got shot she really annoyed me in the original trilogy?

Jeremy Renners version is highly watchable. When I first hear that was the next one I though going to be one of those poor sequels

There is basically no plot

Not quite true, granted it was pretty much the same plot at all the others, but there is a plot.

Was OK, shaky-cam was a bit annoying and over used, it is as if modern directors have decided they must have a really obvious "signature" Abrahms has lens flare, Edgar Wright has those annoying cut shots and Bay blows "everything" up. there was fighting, car chases, double crossing and cliches...Everything you need in a Hollywood spy movie.

It's a pop corn movie, just right for STW as Matt Damon is now the same ages as most of them

No he has full recall now...

SPOLIERS AHEAD

Surely the chap he hooked up with in Germany to look at the files was as paranoid as he appeared he wouldn't have an internet connection when putting a strange device into his computer & given the hassle I have trying to get my phone to intentionally connect to my computer I found that was a leap too far.

Considering he has gone off grid again, just how easy was into find him!
Why didn't he and the girlie handler think of wearing hoodies ... everyone other 13 yr old knows that this means the fact can be obscured.
And when they were in Greece, how did the baddies know exactly where they were going ?

I love the Bourne films. I even don't mind the Jeffery Renner now.
This was rubbish ...

Looks quite interesting but half of my brain was thinking of Vanilla Sky all the way through that trailer as they used the same music.

Just back from seeing it I thought it was excellent 8)

Same break neck action and fighting shit as previous three .. And the eye candy(girl from ex-machina) played a good part.. Roll on the fifth movie ๐Ÿ˜€

I thought it was actually quite poor. The Jeremy Renner one is loads better.
Recycled plot ending with same hotel confrontation/discussion as the first 2. Too much computer/tech BS. Baseball cap and looking at the floor is apparently all you need to fool the CIA. Final car chase was just too 'big'.

Basically it seemed like it was cynically stitched together from Bourne movie tropes but it just didn't work for me. The appeal of Bourne is that he's not Bond and this was a bit too Bond.

Lastly, why do they never learn their lesson? Why do people keep saying things like "Well, if Bourne's a problem we'll just take him out" when every single team they have sent against him in the last 15 years ends up the same way?

Endured the first hour, then walked out. The first time I have done this in over forty years of independent film-going. This says a lot, normally my feeling is all film should be given a chance to the bitter end, but it looked like Bourne had dropped about 100 IQ points.

The new Star Trek is much more worthwhile.
