yeah I just bang it on SoundCloud for no other reason than I don't know how to do it elsewhere

I think you can push it to iTunes and Google Play for free and that will cover most people.
For example, login with an Apple ID at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/ and then just tell where your RSS feed is.
