David Byrne (of talking heads fame) has a good audiobook called "bicycle diaries", when he travels round the world for the various arts/music projects he's involved in he carries a fold up bike to get around on (he loves cycling) and the book is a collection of his philosophical musings on everything that pops into his head with regard to where he is and what he considers to be important, he reads it himself and it's my most listened to audiobook - well worth it imho.

[s]When I looked, itunes audiobooks seemed a bargain compared to audible's (though Audible do that monthly deal thing)[/s]

Bugger really should read the OP properly.. there has been some bargain bike movies on there before now.
