I've worked out that over the last 12 months I've averaged a return of 1.8%. But because that's tax free it's equal to a bank rate of circa 3.3%. Very happy with that tbh, though not sure how long my luck will hold.

Nope, still nothing.
Only a 20% chance of winning nothing by now but I've done it.

£50 in Dec, followed by £75 in Jan. Perhaps that's all my luck used up for the last and next 12 months, so I should just cash 'em in while I'm ahead.

Nothing. Again. Nothing at all ever. What do I have to do to win? Currently on 11.5k and had nothing back. Better off investing elsewhere?

£25 - first prize for ages, but over the last year I'm on about 3.5% return, which is well ahead of the 1.4% return rate.

Thanks to @Olly2097 for your contribution 🙂

FWIW, when we had a large holding it came in drips and drabs. I think we went three months without a sniff, then had a bunch the next month.

Need to average it out over the year and see what your %age return is - we hit about 1.4, so we must have above average luck between us...

I guess so.

My cousin won 100k so I'm waiting for baby jesus to shine on me lol.

To be fair it's the only way of saving that works for me. I'd have nothing if I could instantly swap it into my current account.

How many bonds do you people have? I've got £11,000 and have won £25 in about 10 years!

usually have about the same failedengineer how ever the last year or so i have steadily built up the coffers to fund the extension going up in april.

noticed a defined increase in prizes as the number of bonds went up - but that's probability for you.

rarely won anything when i only had 5 or 6k . although i also won the biggest prize i ever got during those times also. 500 quid.

Nothing for any of us this month 🙁

I think I worked it out - should get one prize per year for each £2650 in bonds.
