"Someone, anyone, please before I drive myself mad, the waste paper basket and the damn spitting water deer head."

Both relevant words for the two answers are mentioned here - the fact that it is a deer and water is irrelevant, as is the material in the bin.

The bin clue is particularly tenuous - it only really relates to one out of the four words in the answer.

1 to go, which we assume is the tiger with the spots on the chimney breast. Stumped!

Got there finally with a bit of help. The last few were just annoying to be honest. The plum one was not an expression I've ever really heard, ditto the green egg one.

Aside from that some of the clues were pretty great.

It's not a tiger. Clue:

Spoiler
There's no getting around the fact that big cats are big cats - they will never alter their behaviour.

I am just stuck on the plum one. I am hoping it is not a phrase I am familiar with because if it is I risk serious injury kicking myself!

Finally got both of those. They're total shockers...

56... Still not got...

Crisps and toast.
The fiddle (this one is doing my head in).
The exact wording for the thumb.
The second bird phrase.
The bloke and the chair (I'm starting to feel a bit thick on this one now).
The plum. EDIT - just got this one by typing random crap in.

I’m on 60/62 and very stuck! I think what I’m missing is...

The second bird phrase (I’ve only got one, i have no idea what someone’s clue earlier about it being rotund means!)

Did someone say the apple was 3? I have two (one for the apple, one for the pills). If it’s not there, I have no idea where the last clue is!

Looks like it has you going in circles

Yes, one on the pills two on the apple

Is it sending you crazy? You really aren't on it.

The exact wording for the thumb.

Are you sure you have the right phrase? It's pretty obvious when you get it (although the first word is unconventional)

I'm on 60/62 (with a lot of help from this forum, thank you!) I think the two I need to get are...

- The second bird one
(I have the worm; someone gave a clue about the bird being rotund and about "going in circles", but I don't think I get it?)

- The 3rd apple one
(I've got the pills and the "prescription", let's say!)

(Apologies for the double post - made a new account on my phone but then it timed out while posting, then logged into my laptop and turned out it remembered my account from a couple of years back when I was trying to do THAT ifour quiz! Ha)

Second bird clue - the first answer deals with the blue tit, the second relates to the circular looking remaining bird.

2nd Apple clue needs hi res and zoom in on it.

It's an apple... and how is it an apple...?! So stuck (I've got the "one a day" clue, not sure if this is a clue to that one or the one I haven't got

Got the 2nd bird one! Thank you 🙂 just an apple away from full points now!

58 for me, with the following looking like they should be where I need to focus:

antlers top right?
ram on the table?
whatever the hell that is (with a plaster?) on the chair?
the bath and whatever it is on top of it?

don't think I've made any use of the fish (apart from the unlucky one on the table)

two on the clock & two for the apples?

please send easy to get clues.......or beer

Of those 4, only the plastered digit stands out as a clue.

The other three things you mention aren’t clues at all I’m afraid.

The second, non medical related answer is literally written on the Apple.

....I've got two each for the apples & clock; was wondering if there was more on either?

61/62

I think I've got all the ones mentioned on here so I must be missing something obvious.

Assuming the ram on the right isn't a clue, are the two canoes a clue.

Crisps relate to the overcooked bread just above them.

Canoes aren't a clue.

One clue for the tablets, 2 for the apple.

No. Two on the apple (and another on the pills) and two on the clock

Also two bids and two eggs. I think that is all the multiples. Quite a few around the fire but they are pretty distinct.

Ram on the right isn't a clue

Took me longer than it should to realise the thing the elephant was after was another clue. but I can't think of anything particularly hidden

right; I'm up to 60 but have nothing for the plaster on the trotter or the bath - they've got to be them?

Bath - No
That trotter is more human in form

Thumb on the chair

Are you sure it isn't glaringly obvious?

the bloomin postcard

It is a trickier one, do you know who he is on holiday with?

the green egg

doesn't look good, does it?

A reminder that the ‘give clue’ button is actually a link to just giving for NHS charity. And you can donate whether you want or need a clue or not.
If enjoyed the quiz or are just glad the torment is over, donate away. I fell into the latter category I think but worth a donation anyway!

I’m stuck on 60/62.

The painting of a “banquet” with eyes. No idea at all.

Another one somewhere but I don’t know what to look for now. I’ve got everything that’s been mentioned, I think.

The postcard and the apples / pills only became apparent when I used the high res image.

There's certainly a lot going on in that picture. A real visual treat.

And the list, you'll want to get that one ticked off

@Muke

Don’t thank me, I only only reposted it, Cougar and A.N. Other posted it back on page or something.

Still looking for a piece of hay in a hay stack. It won’t even give me a clue because I’m so close the game doesn’t want to spoil it for me.

The hi-res image helps one again.

Previous posters saying the crisps weren’t a clue, yes they are.

I'm still struggling with the bloody big cat on the chimney.

If people are not sure what is and what isn't a clue, the original image before the clues are added is linked to on page 2 or 3 I think.
