Paper in bin still not getting even with clues above
if you do not use too much of something now you will have some left later when you need it
The bin answer is pretty oblique! Only one of the four words in the answer comes from the picture.
Just one left - the to-do list.

Yep, paper one was rubbish, pun intended, but the rest were largely ok. A few were "don't do", while the image was do, but I can forgive that.
I'm playing this over the internet with some Americans, who spell everything differently and have different idioms. It's twice as entertaining this way.
The bin one got, even with clues required some Googling for inspiration. Pretty tenuous link to the image to be honest.

Well I finally got there, did need some help on the final few from here, more as I couldn't work out what were clues and what was just part of the picture. Spent way too long thinking of phrases related to lances, skiing and rams
I'm 9 short. I know where they are, just need to crack them!
Some of them are so obvious I can't believe it took me so long to get them...8 remaining...

I still haven't managed to work out the context for this one. It was one of my last few and I just plugged in bin related phrases and one hit, luckily pretty quickly. Its by far the worst "clue"
