I shall be 55, I am very excited, I love birthdays.
I usually buy myself a present, although I haven't decided whether the winter cycling boots I got for my commute to work count as 'necessary' in which case I need a proper 'present'. What do you think, a necessary purchase or a frivolous one?
Also I usually go on my bike, yes Project, despite my advancing years! This year I can't (knee op, accident, nothing to do with age) so I might have a drive down to Brighton and walk along the Cliff Promenade with Missy. Then home for a nice bottle of red I think.

Winter boots are necessity, so buy yourself another birthday pressie, loads of nice stuff on minx-girl just now. Plus you can't use winter boots if you are off the bike just now. Hope the knee op went well 🙂
