Colleague's birthday tomorrow, so he bought in some goodies.

I've had about 3 of those mini-doughnuts and a choc-chip muffin.

KFC would be nice!

Salad!

Would appear I played the 'feed a cold' card too early. I have man flu at present.

Did however have for tea last night pizza, hotdogs, crisps and profiteroles.

Bacon sarny for breakfast.
Hot pork role with steak McCoy's and a Yorkie for lunch.
Indian fish cakes followed by rib-eye steak with vegetables and red wine for dinner.

I'm not unhappy with that lot.

I'm having a kebab tonight, I don't know who posted a pic of a pseudo bab recently but I've not stopped thinking about one since.

I love my full fat day (and now feel I deserve a treat as I'm a stone and a half off wohooooo)
