So American publishers don't think the book will be a success in the US, why does that mean that Americans are "completely stupid" ?
Has the book become a best-seller in the UK then ?
💡 Maybe they thought it was a badly written/boring/rubbishy book ?
And what's this got to do with American being "most powerful country on earth" btw ?
