[Closed] Is my "troll" tag jsutified?

I remember it being harsh,but kind of fair at the time. Not now,but it also makes you a target IMO and should be removed.

Well humour is a very personal thing. I can't remember if it was ever funny but if you're still laughing every time you see it, or the now presumably hilariously funny "Reformed Troll" then that's great. Having a good laugh is hugely important imo.

All Mark succeeded in doing with mine was making sure I never bothered re-subscribing. Interesting business philosophy, antagonising people who would give you money....

Yes he does. Mark recently was very clear and honest about how the business model works. STW "sells all posters" irrespective of P or not. So indirectly Zokes gives you money. That's how it works. Be honest.

I no doubt spend a lot more time on MTBs than most on here, Wally (three hours today) but after years of seeing people getting really angry discussing something as trivial as their bikes on Bike Magic decided not to post in the bike forum on here.

This is the funniest thing becuase - and for the benefit of doubt in the current conversation I won't post the detail - you were a major instigator in all of that. Well since you have already justified your feelings about working in schools with a large number of Muslim pupils, what can I add to that? I had forgotten about all that.

We all start out being treated equally but if you get banned for trolling then perhaps thereafter you are treated differently to those who have not been banned ?

@duckman its perfectly reasonable for Edukator to comment on his first hand experience or observations, not all ethnic or religious groups behave equally. If you cannot make such then you are subject to censorship. There is a very great difference between racisism or Islamophobia and commenting on what you can see in front of you. Its not wrong to point out certain ethnic or religious groups do not observe equal rights for homosexuals or women for example and even have the death penalty for acts of "moral outrage" like being gay or a women having an affair. These attitudes exist whether they are in France or elsewhere.

I don't don't think I should censor my experiences, Duckman. I don't think any victims of racism should have to censor whether Muslim or white.

Kryton, I left BM (and had my account bozoed) before it died so it wasn't me who killed it - unless you think that the site failed because of me which would be flattery indeed. It died for the reasons I left.

Your last "troll" warning was in the middle of exchange between myself and Scotroutes in which I most definitely wasn't trolling but questioning what seemed like hypocrisy from someone who isn't prone to hypocrisy. It turned out that one of Scotroute's posts had been removed with no comment from the moderator who removed it which made the post I commented on seem like hypocrisy. Scotroutes explained, end of issue.
