A bit like MacOS worth with iOS? I'm thinking of getting one of these Lenovo yoga books

It comes with either android or windows, I've used Mac for the last few years but I'm impressed with googles apps when I see them. I really like the concept of the drvice.

Nah, not really. MacOS isn't really related to iOS either.

Android is engineered for phones and the way people use them. ChromeOS is engineered to be like a lightweight desktop environment. However, they are very well integrated. All the Google services work really well on both as you'd expect, it's quite seamless. But then again so they are when you use Windows and Chrome. The point about ChromeOS is that it just lets you use Chrome with absolutely minimum fuss.

Ahh, but wait - Android apps are starting to come to ChromeOS so more like non identical twins who like to share. Should work especially well with a touch screen device. And, yep, the Yoga's are on the list.

They're not that well integrated. My Moto G4 won't connect with Chrome OS for file transfer.
