[Closed] Is a Burroughs Gauge the same as a Krikit?

So I have a belt which needs tensioning to ‘80 lbs’ using a Burroughs gauge. I don’t have one but I do have a Krikit - I am presuming 80 lbs on this will be the same as on the Burroughs, or am I missing something?
