[Closed] Interview Debrief - what to expect

On Monday I had an interview for a job. Doing the same as I am doing now but at another company. They want to do a debrief call. Having not had to go through the interview/recruitment process for around 15 years I'm wondering what is involved. Any recruitment types that can enlighten me?
