Looking to spend around a grand or so including flights (for two people!), ideally I'd like something fun & adventuresy, probably in Eurupe I guess (to keep the flight cost low), happy to camp/hostel and self cater... one idea I've had is to pick two random airports around 500km apart and then ride our Bromptons between them? Or, I've always wanted to try via ferrata, can you just rock up and give that a go?
