We saw him on tour just over a month ago. A man who didn't know how to go at things slowly. Full speed and maximum attack on everything. A joy to watch and to listen to.

Will be very much missed. An absolute legend.

I've been listening to him on the radio, and watching him on TV, since I was about 12 or so.

I remember watching each new episode of The Goodies as it came out. It was incredible ground-breaking stuff at the time.

Sad sad news. I seems they're all slowly going, first Humph, recently Jeremy H and now Tim BT.

Who's going to be next?

I've heard Joe Cocker's not been too good.

A friend of mine wrote this on Twitter, and I think it's about perfect.

There are lots of people who you see on a panel show bill and think 'this'll be funny'. If I saw Tim Brooke-Taylor, I thought 'this'll be nice. And funny.' A rare quality. Sad.
