Some how I appear to have contracted "manflu turbo extreme", my temp is 39 and I'm sat in front of a fan in my pants... Any suggestions as to keep from dying?

Bowl full of cold water and ice put your hands and wrists in it, if you can find another one then get one for your feet too.

Calpol. Works quicker than paracetamol in pill form apparently.

I contracted the same strain on Saturday. I've felt like crap since and still do. The heat down here in the South East is not helping at all either
