Thought I’d got them all (69 on my laptops but then log in on my tablet and it’s telling me 68…so I guess that leaves the unicorn…

If you're using Windows 10 or 11 you can do Windows Key + Shift + S, select an area, go to the postimg.cc site and just directly paste it, no need to save to a file first

Definitely something going on with the counting, I have 69 on my PC without anything on the bear's bib.
