Nope. Don't always close it when it's just me and the missus either.
I don't even close it if the wifes in, our bathroom doesn't have a window so I need all the natural light I can get as it's nicer to read in 'propper light'
I have the house to myself right now, oh the peace, the quiet, the internet sites you find......
I tend to smear 'help me' on the wall with my own faeces when left to my own devices. Anybody else do this? Oh, must be just me then.

Yes and lock it, as one of our cats enjoys jumping out the bathroom window and has learnt how to open the door by jumping onto the handle from the bannister.
