...do I drop the zero from this number: 0341 815218 (i.e so that i fax to 0039 341...), or do i keep it?
I don't speak Italian, so can't call them up to ask them...!

From memory of dealing with italians and a quick look at my business cards, leave it in.

Cheers Steve. I shall have a nother crack at this (why we can't stay somewhere where some English is spoken is beyond me, but Mrs North shall be obeyed..!).

For Italian landline numbers you need to leave the 0 in. It's only on Italian mobile numbers that you drop the 0
