http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/low_carb/ all these recipes will suit the diet or can be easily adapted to.
With this particular recipe http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/chorizo_and_eggs/ could I cook it, refrigerate it and re heat or do eggs not re heat well?

I reheat eggs all the time, I'm still standing.
Don't follow iDiet but I am fairly low carb so will give that site a look over, some of what I did see looks good.
