I like quick cooking best which often leads to stir fry or salad.

My top tip is to just google a collection of iDiet compliant ingredients.

Chickpea prawn chorizio etc

And see where it gets you.

Having recently rediscovered chorizo as a direct result of recommendations on the idave stuff, I would heartily recommend it for virtually everything.

Cooks up in seconds with eggs, beans, chopped in salads, stir-fry's etc. Can't really go wrong with it............except for the garlic breath ๐Ÿ˜ณ
