[Closed] Identify a Double Glazed Door Trim Clip

Four of these held a bit of trim onto a double glazed door. (Everest if that makes a difference.)

Three are broken.

Can someone tell me what they're called and/or link to a supplier so I can source new ones?

Might be difficult to source on their own, you can buy them with the water bar from Amazon.
