I emailed them. They said if we came down and did a presentation to the staff in Poole about the diet, they'd do a service for free. Best I could negotiate. ๐Ÿ˜

Just had my 1st day off and had bread and potatoes, now looking forward to starting back on idave tomorrow because i feel bloated!!

I never feel bloated no matter how much I binge on my days off. But then again it's mostly dairy and sugar I binge on, not so much bread.

Sweet potatoes are out, iirc, as is sweetcorn somewhat surprisingly. But they are both pretty sweet really.

No - sweet potatoes grow under the ground as tubers or roots or whatever they are called - squashes are fruit (in the botanical sense).
