This is really for iDave.......I think i e-mailed you t'other day for a copy of the diet pdf but I haven't gotten owt. I think I might have got your e-mail address wrong.
If anyone else can help and make me look less like a stalker that would be much appreciated (that means can provide the PDF not his email address)
