Completed today's Guardian cryptic! Yeah! Only had help from the crossword solver for a couple of things, and even then they only helped with half the clue.

dont tell me you got TERMAGANT?

I definitely had to use the solver for that one.

Otherwise, Im doing so-so. Some very easy, some far too obscure...
About half done, but Im not inspired to try and complete it! ๐Ÿ™‚

I got agant from a good social worker, but I had to put T_R_AGANT into the solver. So half a victory.

Are you doing them online? The best crossword website I've seen, and they have more online than they do in the paper.

Contrary to popular belief I get the Guardian delivered everyday, so Im working on it with quill and ink.

rich - another reason to bow my head in your presence!

7 down? I have a solution, but I cant see why.

The French = LA

Stout = porter (of extra strength, according to dictionary.com)

I got the answer then concluded that stout meant a porter.

I got today's 'theme' straight away but it only gifts you about four or five clues.

Be careful with the theme. My dad put me straight, which allowed me to get the rest of the themed ones.

I assume you mean the other bicentenarian ๐Ÿ™‚

TBH it's not getting my juices flowing today either. There's a couple of setters arent there? Sometimes I just cant tune into one of them.

Who's up for today's Guardian (available online as posted above)?

I've got three already.

Ara, go on outta that Flash...it's just not a "cryptic" crossword...or maybe just not "cryptic" enough...not just because it's the 'graph. Must have a look at the "toughie" though...is there one online? I'm not going to buy it just to have a go.
