That's one well trained German Shepard! I'd never get more than a mile on my dog

Sounds ace, and snowy, but photos will be required!

Almost bought a GS a few months back (they really are great bikes), but because everyone has one I went for Multistrada instead. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

All going very well (fast!) so far, but once I stop giggling at how stupidly fast and fun it is, I suspect I'll want a sensible GS again!

Good luck with the trip.

Was bloody cold enough in places to freeze the beard!
25hrs on the road.
5 fuel stop.
Lots of coffee, energy gels and usuage of the microwaves that service stations have "for your use" ๐Ÿ˜€
-8 either side of the Mont Blanc tunnel. 22 degrees INSIDE the tunnel :0
Average was -2 over the journey.
Chamonix will have to wait for pics until the run back.
There's some bloody mahoosive bits of rock there - you know this when it's dark yet there's large parts of the shy "missing"!
South coast to Umbria, NE of Perugia
