She did ask me and I'm not. Is it worth getting a card? Probably do a fill up every 3 weeks.

Side effect of high fuel prices - nectar points are given out per £ not per litre of fuel 🙂

tesco clucards are now 1 pt per £2 fuel - £65 to fill up just now - my air miles might take to the US business class again at this rate

broke the £110 barrier tonight. fill up weekly too, and own another van, which luckily only needs feeding every other week!

£65 per tank, twice a week here, but I'm not moaning as at least I'm reducing the number of those pesky polar bears.

If I was bothered by the price of fuel, I wouldn't be driving a V8...

my weekly spend on petrol has gone up from £23.86 to £35.09 in 2 years. Nearly 50% increase in 2 years! If only my pay went up by the same amount 😐

I regularly get a few quid back on my Nectar card tho and my Texaco card pays back surprisingly well. Not sure why they can't just give you the savings directly TBH.

It has been over £100 per tank for a while now. You don't want to know about the fuel bills for the 700 mile round trip from Southampton to Northumbria and back via Manchester the other week.

I used to go to steam rallies in a vintage army truck that does about 1 mile per litre.
It makes mountain biking look like a cheap hobby.

I half filled my van for £12 the other day!

Pump at Tesco didn't rat first and when it finally kicked in it had set the price at 40p a litre 🙂

However didn't notice til I was out of the carpark...so couldn't go back for more, still half a tank is better than nowt!
