Despite getting drawn in to one of those threads, a little stroll at lunch with my little 'un and some soothing music has put me in a lovely little mood ๐Ÿ™‚

Didn't need to share that, but thought I would anyway...

I am too. Moved offices the other week and just discovered the woods over the back of the office have lots of little tracks in. So I been singletrackin at lunchtime. Even the nettle tingling on the back of my hand feels good now ๐Ÿ™‚

good stuff stilltortoise.

Serenity and contentment is good. My biggest worry at the moment is what to cook for tea.

Are you mad?? Don't you realise how dangerous that is? Do you have any idea of the risks involved in children walking!!??

Don't worry. I had researched incidents of 2 year olds being stung to death by nettles and found that the odds were an acceptable risk.

I fell into a bed of nettles once. It was not pleasant but as far as I know I am not dead, I just spent a few hours in a cool bath.

ahhh look at the cute kitties ๐Ÿ™‚

Can you actually die from nettle poison? What kind of poison is it?

If you sting your nose and then scratch it but shooting yourself in the face...then yes.

I was provoked by the bad cycling thread into doing this on the way home.

I feel quite serene at how it could wind up a load of smug pillocks on that thread.

Do people really get wound up that much on these threads?
