Nope, no need for a diet here.

Ham and cheese on toast won. Can of Ginger beer to wash it down with. Now for pud!

Just made an omelette with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, courgette, cheddar, feta, olives, marjoram n sage. Proper noms.

Roast chicken , well done bacon, lettuce and onion, just a sliver of mayo on a fresh baked white midi loaf - sorts me out for the 27 mile commute home!!
