The view of the future in 1990.
I've just tripped over this, it's a Douglas Adams outing (appropriate on Towel Day) and features DNA himself and Tom Baker ostensibly predicting the rise of the World Wide Web. It's weird and pretty dry in places, but oddly prescient.
