Been trying to email, text and mobile call my agent in Budapest but nothing goes through except old-fashioned land line calls. I wonder if it's got anything to do with Hungary closing the southern border with Serbia?

Seriously though I'm wondering if the Hungarians have turned everything off to prevent those pesky Syrian refugees from communicating with their pals who have already made it across the border. Hungary hasn't behaved very well so far in the refugee crisis.

You Can't Spell "Conspiracy" Without "Con," "Piracy," "Ira," or "Racy." Think About It.

Traffic Warden?

Good job these desperate people fleeing persecution all have mobile phones with roaming on.

Or are they just looking at the Living Wage and thinking "I'll have a slice of that"

The information was smuggled out in a knockwurst, down the trousers of a cafe owner disguised as a french peasant woman.

Sounds like your agent is fed up with hearing from you, I think he needs called-ID so he can ignore your landline calls too 🙂

I was in Budapest today. Both my phone (3) and iPad (O2) roamed onto the local networks without any difficulty.

I do love the morons who think only people without phones would run away from bombs . I saw a bloke having a heart attack yesterday I was about to save him when I noticed he had an I phone so realised he would be OK.

Which station ?

The one with the little café outside. If you don't pay attention you're not going to make a very good spy, are you?
