I don't know why I hadn't thought of this until about 30 mins ago but the 720p tele that's doing hee-haw in "Stuff Cupboard A" shall now be set up in "Bike Cupboard" tethered to my HTC.
Has anyone achieved this with spectacular results? Mrs.C is worried she'll never see me again, especially as VLC allows me to wirelessly stream via desktop, through phone, onto tele.

This being a "oh bloody hell, what a good idea" idea I haven't bought the cable yet.
Seems to be two options, direct micro>HDMI or micro>converter>decent HDMI cable.
Any recommendations?

Will the HDMI cable carry the audio output?
hmdi will carry audio.
as a word of warning i bought a cheapie off ebay and it didn't work, so I got the "proper/offical" one from amazon and all was a-ok. Just my experience that's all.

Pay cheap, pay twice and all that I suppose. Money is tight & I should be careful, investing in a cupboard with a bigger Tele than the sitting room buuuuuut, hey Ho.
