For no reason whatsoever, the qwerty line on my laptop has gone mad, whenever I press a key, it also adds the number from above and vice versa.
I've....
1. Taken the battery out and restarted. Didn't work
2. Reinstalled the keyboard drivers. Didn't work.
3. System restored to a week ago. Didn't work.
Any ideas? There's ominous threads online about system resets which ideally I'd like to avoid. I think we're just out of warranty.

Make sure Num Lock isn't enabled.
Replace the keyboard.
