Interested to know how the women's section is going as it looks like a great idea.
Is is the interaction different, are there different sorts of posts and discussions, are there "big hitters", have quiet folk been encouraged to participate, have female industry folk and/or professional female MTB riders joined in, are there tips (poss' on good standards for mods to adopt) for the wider forum, and so on?

So far I've seen a few people I recognise from posts on this side of the fence, and a load of people who apparently have been around for ages but I've never seen before. So I think that's a sign that something is different for some people?
