The answer is in the OP staring at us all - Chewitts of course.

Or how about grapes?

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes

the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, don't look around the eyes, look into my eyes. Now when I count down from 3 you will be in a trance

You are in a trance. Anything you put in your mouth from now on will have the texture and sensation of spiders crawling around inside your mouth waiting to hatch theire babies out in your cheek pouch and eat your brains from the inside out

And you're back in the room.

Keep at it binners. I drank shedloads of fresh orange juice. I mean SHEDLOADS.

Don't be a whore to the Tobacco companies. The evil ****ers are now turning their attention to the far east handing out cigs etc to children to get them hooked into a life of smoking. Then theres Child labour in developing countries etc etc.

Don't be in the same club as those knuckle draggers who smoke around their kids and kids who smoke cos its cool innit and I'm rebelling geeza.

Alcohol is drug enough- switch to that fulltime, possibly a stiff G&T first thing followed by a 10am chaser 😆

Quite a lot of sugar in that then.

Yep. At the time I needed to do something repetitively/alot. Once I was sick of OJ I forgot about snoking.

Binners when the nicotine has completely left your system the mad cravings will stop.

A better e-cig may do the trick, what are you using now? I found that it was easy to quit smoking when I found an acceptable substitute. Better, more powerful vaporizers give a much more satisfying experience, and eliminate (in my experience) the desire to go back to the cigs. I'd recommend an IPV mini 2, with a Kanger Subtank Mini, or Aspire Atlantis 2. Vape something nice and fruity at 25W and you're golden.

you could try the My Fitness Pal app - you scan everything you eat and it add-up the calories. Just takes a few seconds.

Plus replace all the snacks at home with healthy alternatives you don't want. I don't like banana's, for that reason we have lots of bananas every week in the shopping. Although Mrs K ruined Plan A this week by buying one of these from Makro...

MFP works for me. That and a Turbo. The red bars (exceeding daily calories)motivate me not to eat things.

I also found sparkling water with a slice of lemon a good replacement for an evening tipple.

Why not just eat? You'll get fat(ter) but short term weight gain is easy to lose. If you eat loads and loads, you'll get sick of it eventually.

Thats also easier than telling your kids when you are in your 50's that you have cancer and wont be around to see them grow thanks to the nasty ****ing habit.

Our 50's will soon come round quick. We were joking last week that TFI Friday was 20years ago- feels like yesterday 🙁

I've said it before - I quit as I kept on getting chest infections and my GP took time out to sit down and talk to me about it and the future.

In a similar boat to binners. Went to Aldi at dinner and got a pack of the ready to eat german meatballs. None left now. Oh, and a few packs of mini cheddars, and two snickers, some biscuits and lots of coffee. I'm still feeling hungry.

^ Part anxiety?

Get yourself as busy as ****. After work you worry I bet with the free time to chew yourself up.

Plan really busy evenings after work. i.e. rides etc.

Possibly a bit right there Hora. Mainly giving up tabs though.

As for the free time I don't get any, a 3 year old takes care of that.

I'm on steroids at the moment. Add the knackered arm which will keep me off the bike and I'm likely to look like a Weeble inside seven days. Can't stop eating...

I'm crazy busy Hora. I don't need to manufacture stuff to do, believe me. This isn't helping though.

I'm considering drinking excessively as a distraction from the 6 pack of cheesy quavers and the pack of garlic sausage presently winking seductively at me!

Stopping buying copious amounts of shit to eat sounds like a good first step.

Eat some pork crackling/scratching/rind as snack.

Once eaten other snacks just bland and tasteless.

🙂

I haven't given up smoking and I still eat loads! I can't walk past the bakery section in Sainsburys without buying a pack of cookies or similar......and they never see the day out! 🙁

Have you read the easy way to stop smoking(Tm).. Repetitive but worth it if not and covers this subject.

Keep up the good work and think about how nice it will be to be free.
