Unfortunately we have mislaid some of our life insurance docs.
Direct debit payments to insurance co taken each month are visible on bank statements.
So, just a case of getting more details around direct debit ref, etc from bank and then calling insurer?

Thanks. That appeared to be the logical process but sometimes things can be less than logical.
