3rd night in - up for hours screaming each night - help please!!!
(Home from 3 weeks in LA so 8hrs difference).
I have no answer. Frank went to NZ when he was six months old it was a nightmare. The good news is it should be fine in a few days!!!

No idea about travelling east. When going west we just keep them up, not too hard with ours usually, cos there's so much going on when we arrive at Papa Gamma's.
harde rthis time of year I imagine, since there's barely any daylight to take her out into to reset the clock. That's what we used to do with ours every summer.
Yeah taken them out every day since we got back into the murk that is North Yorkshire at the moment. Still - they have three full days at nursery now and they get to play outside lots so fingers crossed.
Ended up 'sleeping' on the floor in their room till 2am last night - at least it meant my wife had a good night’s sleep.

Taking our 2yo to Brazil in July ... not looking forward to the 12 hour flight ... not looking forward to the jet-lag when we get home ... 😐

If you mean leave them at the grandparents and go alone - that would be a good call but they were already out there (and still are) as it was a family event.
