Ive downloaded an album to ituens and when I download it to my computer its in mpeg4 format.
I want to put it on a memory stick for the car but that only reads mp3 or wma?
How can I convert it?

Go iTunes prefs>General - at the bottom is 'Import Settings' - change the 'Import Using' to whatever mp3 setting you want - then select the tunes in iTunes select 'Create MP3 version'.
Or do it the long way, burn to disk and re-rip with iTunes set to mp3 ripping. That way you have a backup as well.

What type of car? My Skoda's manual doesn't mention mp4 files but they do play when put on a USB stick.
