A pair of forks I ordered from the states landed in customs yesterday morning, how long does it usually take for parcels to pass over to Parcelfarce for delivery?

Customs arent too long but ParcelForce will send you a letter telling you the costs, where to collect them etc.

This takes about a week.

FedEx do it different to ParcelForce
They delivery the goods then invoice you later for any duty etc. that may be needed
Parcel force send you a letter tell you there's duty to be paid & you then need to call them & pay it before they'll deliver

Mine is coming via USPS, I can only assume it will pass into the hands of Parcelforce?

Maybe another week of waiting then.

I had a DHL package from Mongolia clear customs in Heathrow this morning in 67 minutes. Thankfully it's not down to Parcelfarce to get it to my doorstep.
