Started to get into this strava lark when I'm out and about on my hybrid. On my commute to work i've started to take in a kom section and somehow manage to get a top ten placing 🙂 . Dam near killed me though 😆 . Quite pleased with myself achieving this considering I'm wearing my work gear and a backpack. Kinda got me thinking how much quicker would I have been on a proper road bike weighing only 18 lb compared to my Scott 25lb, 26" wheeled hybrid.

7/(your weight + 25) * 100 per cent faster plus a bit of psychological.
